Description
Universal Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Kit is designed for multiplex reverse transcription fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) reactions using RNA as a template. In this kit, both reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are performed in the same reaction tube, simplifying the experimental workflow and reducing contamination risks.
The kit features a heat-resistant Reverse Transcriptase for efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis and a hot-start HS-Taq DNA Polymerase for quantitative amplification, making it ideal for probe-based qPCR. It includes all necessary components for reverse transcription and fluorescent quantitative PCR, except for primers and sample RNA, such as RNase inhibitors, RTase, and HS-Taq. This comprehensive formulation minimizes operational steps, shortens sample addition time, and significantly lowers contamination probability.
Storage
Long-term storage should be at temperatures below -20°C. It's advisable to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles whenever possible.
