Description

Universal HiFi PCR Mix is a versatile reagent meticulously developed for scientific research experiments. It excels in five key aspects: amplification speed, amplification length, amplification sensitivity, amplification yield, and fidelity. While it may not be the best in each individual category compared to other polymerases and mixes, it offers top-tier performance across all these metrics. This combination of high-level performance in all areas makes it unique, allowing a standard research laboratory to meet all its needs without requiring a variety of different polymerases and mixes. One mix can satisfy all the demands of a research lab.

Universal HiFi DNA Polymerase possesses 5’-3’ polymerase activity and 3’-5’ exonuclease activity, with a fidelity 2-3 times higher than Pfu DNA polymerase (approximately 40 times that of Taq polymerase). The amplification system includes unique enhancers and a buffer system, ensuring an extremely high success rate of amplification. This product can amplify up to 8 kb of genomic DNA and 20 kb of λDNA, with an extension speed exceeding 4 kb/min.
