Description

This product is a specialized reagent kit for the extraction of ultra-trace RNA. It is suitable for extracting total RNA from ultra-minute animal cells, micro-dissected tissues, and easily lysed animal tissues. The processing range is typically for cells (1-5x10^5) or tissues (< 5mg). Using a uniquely developed DNA removal/RNA adsorption universal column technology combined with a special reagent formulation, there is no need for DNA enzyme digestion. It effectively removes gDNA residues, ensuring the obtained RNA is free from DNA remnants and can be directly used for downstream reverse transcription quantitative PCR or high-throughput sequencing library construction experiments.
