Description

The Tumor Gene Mutation Detection Kit (Digital PCR Method) is a series of kits designed for quantifying the mutation frequency of human tumor genes. Utilizing water-in-oil droplet digital PCR technology, these kits employ specific wild-type and mutant primers and probes. By analyzing the proportion of positive droplets, the target sequence is directly quantified based on the Poisson distribution principle.

The kit includes ddPCR Supermix for Probes, primers, wild-type probes, mutant probes, positive control, and negative control. By combining Kebai Bio's superior products—molecular diagnostic reference materials—with ddPCR probes and primers, it provides customers with a comprehensive and convenient ddPCR detection solution.

Applications

Mainly used for detecting tissue, biopsy, and blood DNA samples, quantitatively measuring the frequency of specific gene mutations.

Storage
