Description

TransPM™ Suspension Cells DNA Transfection Reagent is a DNA transfection reagent specially designed for transfecting suspension cells, facilitating the delivery of plasmid DNA in cells grown in suspension. It is suitable for large-scale protein production and industrial-scale transfection of eukaryotic cells, offering advantages such as serum insensitivity, low toxicity, good stability, simple and reproducible transfection.

Application

TransPM™ Suspension Cells DNA Transfection Reagent is particularly suitable for transfecting suspension cells such as 293F and CHO-S. It achieves high transfection efficiency under both serum-containing and serum-free conditions, with excellent reproducibility. In large-scale protein production, it offers simple operation, high protein expression levels, low cell toxicity, and broad cell compatibility.

Storage

The product is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at 2-8°C for up to one year.
