Description

Building on our launch of phenol-free, chloroform-based rapid RNA extraction technology, we have exclusively developed a genomic DNA clearance column technology to ensure effective removal of gDNA residues. The obtained RNA does not require DNase digestion and can be directly used for experiments such as PCR and fluorescent quantitative PCR. 

Our unique lysis solution quickly lyses cells and inactivates cellular RNA enzymes. Then, the lysis mixture passes through a genomic DNA clearance column, where genomic DNA is removed while RNA permeates and filters through. After adjusting the filtered RNA with ethanol to bind under certain conditions, RNA selectively adheres to the silica-based membrane in the centrifuge column under high salt conditions. Through a series of swift wash-centrifuge steps, protein liquids and wash solutions remove cell metabolites, proteins, and other impurities. Finally, pure RNA is eluted from the silica-based membrane with low-salt RNase-free H2O.
