Recombinant Trypsin
$129.00 - $635.00
Recombinant Trypsin is a serine protease of non-animal origin, which can specifically cleave the C-terminal peptide bond of lysine and arginine. The activity of Recombinant Trypsin is negatively affected by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF, and metal ion chelators such as EDTA. A high concentration of inorganic salts also has certain effects on enzyme activity.
