Description

Recombinant Enterokinase is homologous to bovine enterokinase and has the same specificity and activity. However, since this product is of non-animal origin, it is free from animal virus and contaminants of other enzymes, and can replace animal-derived enterokinase in various biotechnology processes. Recombinant Enterokinase can fit wide situations (4-45°C, pH 4.5-9.5), and still has partial activity in the presence of various detergents and denaturants.

• Specificity: Specific recognizes Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys sequence and hydrolyzes peptides at the C-terminal of Lys.

Recommended Reaction System

• System: 20-50mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0-8.5)
• Enzyme: fusion protein = 0.1-10U: 1mg (temperature 25-30°C, reaction time 4-24h)
