Description

The unique binding solution/proteinase K rapidly lyses cells, and DNA is specifically adsorbed onto silica membrane centrifuge columns without the need for toxic reagents such as phenol-chloroform or time-consuming alcohol precipitation, thereby maximizing the removal of proteins and other inhibitory impurities. It is suitable for efficiently extracting genomic DNA from various materials (whole blood, animal tissues/cells, mouse tails, Escherichia coli, etc.). The extracted DNA can be directly used for experiments such as restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, Southern Blot, virus detection, etc.
