Description

PrimeTaq™ HiFi DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase that incorporates enhanced extension structures, resulting in ultra-high fidelity performance (~280 times that of Taq polymerase), long-template amplification capability, and high yield. It possesses a rapid amplification rate of 6 kb/min and is capable of efficiently amplifying long fragments, such as 8 kb genomic DNA, 20 kb λDNA, and 8 kb cDNA. The enzyme exhibits 5'-3' polymerase activity and strong 3'-5' exonuclease activity, producing blunt-ended products.
