Description
PrimeIAmp™ RNasin (RNase inhibitor) is recombined and expressed by electronic re-framing technology, which can efficiently form a 1:1 complex with RNase A/B/C, thus protecting RNA from degradation.
Compared with the wild-type human, murine, and porcine inhibitor, the enzyme has been significantly improved in the following aspects:
- The performance of antioxidant/anti-sulfhydryl has been improved. At the concentration of 0-10 mM DTT, there is no significant difference in activity, so it is not only suitable for PCR but also suitable for high-concentration DTT systems such as transcription.
- The affinity has been significantly improved, which can completely inhibit RNase under specific conditions, thus protecting RNA molecules in the system for a long time.
- The heat resistance has been significantly improved. After heating at 55 ° C for 10min, the activity remained at more than 90%.
