Description
NHS Magnetic Beads (2 μm) is a solid microsphere with a polymer base and a particle size of 2 μm. It is primarily used in analytical detection fields such as in vitro diagnostics, microbiological detection, immunoprecipitation, and co-immunoprecipitation. The surface of the magnetic beads is modified with NHS groups, which can form stable peptide bonds with primary amine groups on proteins and other molecules. Unlike traditional carboxyl and amino magnetic beads, NHS group-modified beads do not require prior activation with EDC/NHS or glutaraldehyde. Simply dissolve the primary amine-containing bioligand in the coupling buffer, mix the protein solution with Mag NHS beads at room temperature for 1-2 hours to covalently couple the bioligand to the beads. This process is simple, mild, and allows for rapid and efficient coupling of bioligands.
