Description
Mouse CD8+ T Cell Magnetic Bead Isolation Kit (Negative Selection) is designed to isolate CD8+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen cells or other tissues through negative selection. The principle involves using biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies to mark non-target cells (non-CD8+ T cells), followed by the removal of these non-target cells using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads. This process achieves the isolation of mouse CD8+ T cells. The selection process requires a magnetic separator.
