Description

miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (by tailing A) is a specialized kit for the first-strand cDNA synthesis of miRNA using the tailing A method. It allows for a one-step reaction to complete the A-tailing and reverse transcription. This kit is suitable for miRNA or total RNA templates, where Poly A Polymerase (PAP) is used to add Poly(A) to the 3'-end of the template, followed by A-tailing and reverse transcription.

This kit contains RTase and PAP specifically optimized for miRNA A-tailing and reverse transcription, along with an optimized buffer system that ensures high sensitivity while minimizing pre-miRNA reverse transcription, ensuring stability and reproducibility of the subsequent results. In addition, this kit includes qPCR reverse primers for downstream cDNA quantification, making the experimental workflow convenient.
