Description

The HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) lentiviral vector is currently the most commonly used lentiviral expression vector. It can effectively mediate the transduction of exogenous genes into various differentiated or undifferentiated mammalian cells in vitro or in vivo, enabling stable integration of the foreign gene into the target cell's genome and stable high-level expression.

LentiPro Lentiviral Packaging Kit is a highly safe third-generation lentiviral packaging system (compatible with second-generation lentiviral packaging systems), which expresses a self-inactivated vector and does not produce additional lentivirus replication.

LentiPro Lentiviral Packaging Kitcan package HIV vector expression clones into lentiviral particles with transduction efficacy. The packaged lentiviral particles can be used immediately to mediate efficient expression of the target gene in mammalian cells.

This kit is suitable for more than 40,000 human and mouse lentiviral vector ORF expression clones, as well as lentiviral vector shRNA clones targeting human, mouse, rat, and other mammalian animal chromosome-targeting genes. In addition, it is also suitable for more than 20,000 human lentiviral vector miRNA precursor expression clones, miRNA inhibitor expression clones, and promoter-reporter clones, as well as 18,000 mouse lentiviral vector promoter reporter clones.

All clones mentioned above are based on the HIV backbone and can be used for lentiviral packaging at any time.
