Description
Granzyme B (GZMB) stands as a prominent serine protease primarily localized within the granules of natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T cells. This enzyme, alongside the pore-forming protein perforin, is deployed by these immune cells to orchestrate apoptosis in target cells.
