Description

This product can enrich CD34+ cells from human cell samples through negative selection. The principle involves using biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies to mark non-target cells (non-CD34+ cells), followed by the removal of these non-target cells using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads. This process achieves the enrichment of CD34+ cells. The selection process requires a magnetic rack.
