Description

This product can isolate CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) through a negative selection method. The principle involves marking non-target cells (non-CD3+ T cells) with biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies, then removing these non-target cells using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads. This process achieves the isolation of CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood. The selection process requires a magnetic rack.
