Description

High ECL Enhanced Western Blotting Substrate utilizes a unique chemiluminescent substrate system. HighEclEnhanced is currently one of the most sensitive commercial chemiluminescent ECL assay reagents. It can be used for Western Blotting with HRP-labeled probes and nucleic acid hybridization with HRP-labeled probes.

Features

• Sensitivity: Medium to low picogram thresholds.
• Storage Stability: Can maintain stability for one year at 4℃. No decrease in detection sensitivity is observed within 2 hours after mixing A and B solutions. After mixing for 24 hours, high picogram level proteins can still be detected.
• Luminescence Stability: Chemiluminescence can sensitize X-ray film for over 30 minutes, making it particularly suitable for trace protein or nucleic acid detection.
• Antibody Saving: Recommended dilution for primary antibody: 1:3000 to 1:50,000 (30-500 ng/ml), and for secondary antibody: 1:30,000 to 1:300,000 (8-30 ng/ml).

Storage

A and B solutions should be stored at 4℃ for one year.
