Description

HiFi Extreme Thermo Reverse Transcriptase is a high-fidelity and high-temperature reverse transcriptase, possessing 5’ to 3’ reverse transcriptase activity and 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity (EXO). It exhibits exceptional tolerance to sample inhibitors. Unparalleled fidelity, accuracy, and reliability are demonstrated during reverse transcription, making it particularly suitable for synthesizing cDNA from complex templates and high-GC templates.

Excellent cDNA synthesis capability is observed at temperatures ranging from 55°C to 80°C. Reliable, continuous, rapid, and accurate cDNA synthesis is provided even in the presence of inhibitors.

This product is the preferred choice for reverse transcription of complex samples and template RNAs. It is suitable for applications such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, and Direct qRT-PCR at temperatures above 60°C. Especially recommended for high-fidelity cDNA synthesis and RNA testing.

Storage
