Description

The most common use of dUTP is the combination of dUTP and Uracil DNA Glycosylase to construct a dUTP/UDG anti-pollution system. UDG can remove the contamination of the gene amplification products containing deoxyuridine (dU), preventing the impact to the subsequent gene amplification detection system, thus effectively reducing the false positive rate of PCR, qPCR, and isothermal amplification reaction.
