Description

DNA-Free Klenow fragment of EcDNApol I (EcDNApolI KF) is the large fragment of E. coli DNA polymerase I. It retains polymerase activity and 3‘→5’ exonuclease activity but lacks 5‘→3’ exonuclease activity. The Klenow fragment maintains the fidelity of the full enzyme's polymerase function.
