Description

dITP, also known as 2'-deoxy-inosine-5'-triphosphate, is suitable for PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, SNP genotyping, and other related processes involving enzymes like Taq DNA polymerase.

dITP is usually not suitable for PCR reactions involving DNA polymerases with proofreading functions.

dITP cannot completely replace dGTP in dNTP, as it will significantly inhibit PCR amplification. It is recommended to use 10% dITP instead of dGTP during the PCR process.

The molecular formula of dITP is C10H12N4O13P3Na3, and its molecular weight is 558.11 (the molecular weight of the acid form is 492.1).

This dITP solution is prepared with ultrapure water and adjusted to a pH of approximately 7.0 using high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 100mM, or 100mmol/L.

This dITP solution does not contain DNase, RNase, phosphatase, or protease, making it suitable for various routine molecular biology experiments.

Storage

Store at -20°C, valid for at least 2 years.

• It can be dissolved at room temperature. After dissolving, it should be stored in an ice box or ice bath and returned to -20°C immediately after use.
• This product is for scientific research use by professionals only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food, or drugs, and should not be stored in a regular household.
