Description
Cas12a forms a functional complex with crRNA and "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated and trans-cleaves surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas12a, featuring high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It has been widely used in the field of molecular diagnostics for rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.

Application
The CRISPR Cas12a DNA Detection Kit (Two-Step) (Paper Type) is used for rapid DNA detection. First, perform isothermal amplification, then the amplification products activate Cas12a, generating a fluorescent signal. This enables rapid detection of DNA pathogens.
