Description
Cas12a and crRNA form a functional complex that "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated and cleaves surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas12a, offering high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It is widely used in molecular diagnostics for the rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.
