Description

Circular RNA qRT-PCR Kit includes reverse transcription and quantitative PCR detection reagents, designed for analyzing the expression levels and differences of circRNA, mRNA, and lncRNA. The TransScript RT Enzyme (M-MLV) in this product is a novel reverse transcriptase obtained through in vitro molecular evolution based on M-MLV (RNase H-) Reverse Transcriptase. It significantly enhances thermal stability, with a half-life exceeding 240 minutes at 50°C, and maintains stability during prolonged reactions at 55°C, making it particularly suitable for reverse transcription of RNA templates with complex secondary structures. The reagents for quantitative PCR detection utilize SYBR Green I intercalating fluorescence method for qPCR. Since circRNA and lncRNA expression levels are relatively low and require optimization of amplification conditions, this product is equipped with the optimal Buffer specifically designed for qPCR optimization targeting circRNA and lncRNA. This effectively suppresses nonspecific amplification, significantly improving amplification efficiency, and is suitable for highly sensitive qPCR reactions.
