Description
Bst DNA Polymerase Large Fragment is a recombinant enzyme purified through Escherichia coli expression. Its gene originates from Bacillus stearothermophilus and has undergone partial point mutations for optimization based on the original sequence. This protein possesses 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity, lacking both 5'→3' and 3'→5' exonuclease activities, while also demonstrating robust strand displacement activity.
