Description

BM15000 DNA Marker is obtained by enzyme digestion of plasmids. The marker produced by this process has a clean background and clear bands. The quality of the marker is stable, which provides accurate quantification. 

Specification

BM15000 consists of seven DNA fragments ranging from 250 to 15000 bp and is supplied in a loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoresis, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 5ul, and the sizes of each band are 250 bp (50ng/5μl), 1000 bp (50ng/5μl), 2500 bp (50ng/5μl), 5000 bp (50ng/5μl), 7500 bp (40ng/5μl), 10000 bp (40ng/5μl), 15000 bp (40ng/5μl).
