Cat. No.: BENZEK-96 (for 96T)
Cat. No.: BENZEK-480 (for 480T)
Description
The content utilizes the sandwich ELISA method to detect the content of Benzonase in samples. Benzonase-specific antibodies are precoated on the microplate wells. During the assay, standard samples and test samples are separately added to the wells coated with specific antibodies. Benzonase in the samples binds to the antibodies on the microplate. After incubation, washing is performed to remove unbound substances from the microplate. Benzonase detection antibodies (labeled with HRP) are added to form the antibody-antigen-HRP conjugate. TMB substrate is then added for color development. The color intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of Benzonase, and the Benzonase concentration in the samples is determined by measuring the color development of Benzonase standards.
- Detection Range: 0.094~6 ng/ml
- Quantification Limit: 0.094 ng/ml
- Detection Limit: 0.019 ng/ml
Storage
Store at 2~8°C. When the kit is unopened, it can be stored at 2~8°C for 12 months, avoiding light exposure.
Precautions
- This product is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
- Reagents should be stored under the conditions indicated on the label, and both reagents and samples should be equilibrated to room temperature before use.
- Before using the pre-coated enzyme plate, equilibrate it to room temperature and then open the packaging. Any unused strips should be immediately returned to the packaging and resealed, storing at 2~8°C. Any remaining reagents should also be resealed and stored under the conditions specified on the label.
- Benzonase standard solution and Benzonase detection antibody (HRP-labeled) solution should be thoroughly mixed before use.
- During the washing process, any residual liquid in the plate wells should be dried by tapping gently on clean, dust-free paper. The dried plate wells should not be excessively dried for an extended period, as improper washing may result in high CV values for duplicate wells or high absorbance values for blanks (0 ng/ml), affecting result accuracy.
- The TMB substrate should be colorless and transparent. If it appears pale blue, it indicates contamination and is unsuitable for further analysis.
- Samples in solutions with extreme pH values (<5.0 or >8.5), or containing high salt, high polysaccharide, high urea, high organic solvent, or high detergent concentrations, may result in lower recovery rates.
- Due to the complexity of biological sample matrices, it is recommended to include positive quality control samples in each assay to ensure accuracy and to conduct experiments using duplicate wells.
Safety Precautions
- The terminating solution is acidic. Handle with care during use.
- Operators should wear personal protective equipment, such as lab coats, gloves, masks, and goggles.
