Bacteria/Fungus RNA/DNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) utilizes a cracking solution to rapidly release nucleic acids from bacterial and fungal samples. It employs the principle of nucleic acid binding with magnetic beads under specific buffer conditions to enrich nucleic acids under the action of a magnetic field. Compared to column-based nucleic acid collection methods, this product extracts nucleic acids more quickly, with DNA/RNA co-extraction completed in as fast as 35 minutes, ensuring high-quality output. The A260/A280 ratio of the extracted nucleic acids ranges between 1.85 and 2.10. The extracted RNA can be directly used for reverse transcription, while DNA can be utilized for transgenic identification or gene fragment amplification. This product is suitable for nucleic acid extraction from polysaccharides and polyphenol samples, without the need for chloroform during the extraction process, and the extraction solution does not contain phenol or β-mercaptoethanol. Moreover, the operation of this product is simpler, requiring only one centrifugation step during the process.
