Description

This product is a 6x concentrated DNA loading buffer designed for DNA gel electrophoresis. It facilitates the sinking of DNA samples into the wells of the gel. The main components include glycerol, EDTA, cresol blue, and xylene cyanol. Cresol blue and xylene cyanol serve as indicators during electrophoresis, providing a clear indication of the progress of the electrophoretic run.

Instruction

Use the buffer in a ratio of 1 microliter of 6x DNA Loading Buffer for every 5 microliters of DNA sample (6x dilution). After thorough mixing, directly load the mixture into the wells of the DNA gel for electrophoresis.

Storage

Store at room temperature or 4°C.
