Description

Sso7d DNA-Binding Protein is a DNA-binding protein encoded by thermophilic microorganisms. It is similar to histones and can bind to double-stranded DNA, preventing DNA denaturation. However, it has a weak binding affinity for single-stranded DNA and single-stranded RNA. It can be used to remove double-stranded DNA from samples or reaction systems. Our Sso7d product is a recombinantly expressed protein with a His tag.
