Reporter Gene mRNA In Stock
Description
Reporter gene mRNA can be conveniently monitored through observation and testing to assess transfection feasibility and efficiency. It is commonly used as a positive control for mRNA transfection, for optimizing transfection systems both in vitro and in vivo, and for helping researchers enhance mRNA experimental outcomes, providing assurance for the successful development of mRNA vaccines or therapies. Leveraging our extensive experience in gene synthesis and plasmid preparation, we offer ready-to-use reporter gene mRNA products such as eGFP mRNA and mCherry mRNA. The stock mRNA features a Cap1 structure to enhance translation efficiency and expression levels, includes a 120 polyA tail and human β-globin UTR to simulate mature mRNA, making it more stable. The full sequence undergoes N1-Me-Pseudo UTP modification to effectively reduce immunogenicity and cytotoxicity.
