Recombinant Human Serum Albumin from Oryza sativa (OsrHSA)
Description
Human serum albumin (HSA), the most abundant protein in human plasma, serves as a transport carrier for hormones, lipids, and other substances. Its primary physiological functions include regulating plasma pH and maintaining plasma osmotic pressure. OsrHSA is a recombinant human serum albumin derived from rice endosperm cells, free from animal-derived components and any risk of blood-borne viral contamination. Compared to fetal bovine serum (FBS), bovine serum albumin (BSA), and plasma-derived proteins (pHSA), OsrHSA offers higher purity and better batch-to-batch stability.
