Mouse CRISPR Knockout Pooled Library (Single Plasmid System A+B) is designed for whole-genome knockout and screening in mice, targeting a total of 20,611 genes. The library comprises 130,209 knockout vectors, with each gene targeted by six gRNA knockout vectors. Additionally, there are 1,000 control vectors (including 1,000 targeting non-genic sequences). This library utilizes the lentiCRISPR v2 backbone, an all-in-one vector system where gRNA and Cas9 genes are on the same vector, allowing for standalone use.
