Description

This knockout library is suitable for whole-genome knockout and screening in humans, targeting 19,114 human genes and comprising a total of 76,441 knockout vectors. Each gene is targeted by four gRNA knockout vectors, with an additional 1,000 control vectors targeting non-genomic sequences. The library uses the YCS-LV001 backbone and is an all-in-one vector system, meaning the gRNA and Cas9 gene are on the same vector and can be used independently.
