Order
Sequence
- Customers can send us either DNA sequence or protein sequence for the testing. For protein sequence, we will provide codon optimization and get the ideal DNA sequence for expression.
Parameter
- Throughput: The number of expression vectors (e.g. 10,000) needs to be randomly tested
- Expression Strains: We support DH5a, DH10B, and BL21 (DE3)
- Experimental Conditions: Overnight culture at either 37°C or 30°C in 250 ml LB

- Top Sequence: The sequence of the vector with the highest protein expression level in the experiment
- Data Plot (Optional): The plot of the average protein expression level and standard deviation in different vectors
- Dataset (Optional): The raw data of protein expression level in different vectors
- Customized Model (Optional): Prediction of the protein expression level in different vectors by artificial intelligence model base on the above dataset
