Green Monkey CRISPR Knockout Pooled Library is designed for whole-genome knockout and screening in green monkeys, targeting a total of 20,991 genes. The library comprises 84,963 knockout vectors, with each gene targeted by four gRNA knockout vectors. Additionally, there are 1,000 control vectors (including 1,000 targeting non-genic sequences). This library utilizes the pXPR_050 backbone, a dual-plasmid vector system that only expresses gRNA, with the Cas9 gene on a separate vector, requiring paired usage.
